Oh yeah this is a typical issue. Be sure the top edge where the glass overlaps the siding is caulked. You’ll have to look at it from the roof trust me. I thought I sealed mine only to go up on the roof and find a 1-1/2” section that was only 1/2 cocked! Lol. I never saw it from a ladder. So I sealed that. Next is the drain holes at the bottom so the felt channel doesn’t fill with water. Oh yeah mine did. Still is damp occasionally if we get a heavy rain. Water will weep its way along the felt and wet the channel. It’s just a bad design.
