I don't have the same unit but I do have a few RV parts catalogs. Post a pic of the faucet and I'll see if I can match it with manufacturer and part number in a catalog.
That is how I ID a lot of the parts I need and then once I know what I'm looking for I'll put Amazon and Google to work getting the item. System has worked well for 99 percent of my parts needs.
