Both of them are 3rd Party services and what you can expect has a lot to do with locale. Every road side assistance program uses 3rd party providers. There's a good chance the same service company has contracts with several the providers. Until you've actually used one of them, it's hard to judge them. What experience have you had with AAA? What seems better about Good Sambo other than the price? What areas will you travel and how remote will you be for how long? Big cites and between are pretty well covered. Weekends seem to make service harder to get. If you travel mostly on weekends or at night, it's even worse.
