On my 2018 29M the fog lights are powered by the fuse box next to the e brake pedal. I know this because on mine the fog lights did not work at delivery. After some detective work it was discovered the factory had the fog light switch and emergency start switch wires swapped. After switching them around, the emergency start worked but not the fog lights. More detective work revealed the hot wire coming out of the fuse box was not connected. Fixed that and the fog lights then worked. My fog lights are a Thor installed item not Ford.
