So propane and shore power both work at the fridge and they both get hot enough for the fridge to cycle OK.......and your 12vdc coach use/store is on to enable the control panel to function? Any blown fuses in the fridge exterior access control board? Any error codes on your Norcold control panel inside.......if available, your manual should spec what they mean. Seems this fridge is too new to be blocked (famous last words) so the other thing might be a failed thermistor......might not turn on at all.
