John S -- Thanks but I had a lot of contributions to the manual from several contributors on this forum. I didn't know about the FCS-900 form either until I received that information from Alex Bergsma (a contributor on the forum).
I think that is the great thing about this forum. There are lots of knowledgeable folks here who can answer almost any question, help with any problem, and provide tips and suggestions we never knew about. I simply took ones I thought were most useful and compiled them into one compendium.
