2019 Thor Tuscany 38sq Slider

Okay folks, I need someone to come to my rescue, On July 30th, 2019 I took delivery of a 2019 Thor Tuscany 38sq. And almost immediately commenced a 4,200-mile, 2 month trip. No, I never said I was intelligent.
It really hasn’t been too bad, but I do have one issue that I could really use help with, it is as follows. I have 4 sliders on this coach, 3 hydraulic and one electric (PowerGear). The hydraulic slider in the bedroom has been very erratic, most of the time it won’t extend but this afternoon it did and I discovered that the actuator, 2 per slider, rod ends were both loose and the rod length was significantly different on each actuator.
I am relatively certain that the actuator rod ends working loose has been the cause of the erratic behavior, will rarely extend.. What I am desperately looking for is a procedure that will tell me how to correctly adjust the actuator rod ends so that they are in sync and function as intended.
Additionally, we are traveling with some friends, who have a 2016 Thor Tuscany 40DX and we found one of his actuator rod ends had worked loose as well. We are thinking that the fix/adjustment for both coaches may be similar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
