There were a couple of threads on Irv2 recently with Tiffin and HR having similar issues
They were both valve related
I would call Thor back and try to get higher up the food chain
Most all of the guys manning the calls are nice and try to be helpful
Only a handful of them are at a skill level to handle you're problem
Note their names and you will figure out who can actually help you
I tried searching for the thread however it is almost impossible to find things on the forum
