Fridge Temp

Good afternoon, since joining the forum I have done several modifications to my 2013 24 Chateau that I have seen. I have it plugged in and have the fridge running 24/7. It's level on my driveway.
My latest is a fridge fan inside and a Titan fan in the outside cabinet. I also bought a wireless thermometer. I have been checking the temp for 1 week. Here in Miami Fl it's been in the 90s during the day and high 70s during the night. My issues the temp varies from freezer high 9 to low as 3.
The fridge has as high as 51 low as 21. I think the high may be in the afternoon since it faces the afternoon sun. I can not put the awning down to close to the fence. I do not have any food inside since we are not going out until October1. I am thinking of putting another fan on the roof vent to assist in removing some hot air.
My question is will these temp changes damage the fridge?
