I'm dealing with this issue right now myself. Managed to rub right rear side of our Axis up against our driveway gate. Scraped the generator access hatch and put about a 1.5" hole in the fiberglass panel just forward of this hatch. Hole and scrape can be patched with some bondo but painting the repaired area is the issue. Called Thor Customer Care for paint codes. Helpful guy there worked for about 20 min. trying to get paint codes. After all his calls and research, he came back and told me that the beige color on the Axis is actually in the gelcoat of the fiberglass and isn't paint. So, they didn't have a paint code for the beige fiberglass panels that make up the exterior of our coaches. So, took the scratched generator hatch panel to a Sherwin-Williams auto paint store in Daytona. They scanned it and determined a color code and mixed a pint of paint for me. Not cheap...that pt of paint was $60. Another $60, for a pt of clearcoat. And $10. for a qt of thinner for the paint; $130. for it all. I'm giving all this to a friend who used to be a auto body man. He'll do the bondo & paint work. Hoping it turns out well. Will advise once its done.
