carefree wind sensor awning
After 2 years and 3 new awnings the problem regarding the main awning not retracting fully into the case has been been solved. Carefree finally came up with a very simple fix. Insert a 1" x 2" piece of single side adhesive velcro tape under the awning material at each end of the roller. The awning must be fully extended to do this. Push the fabric back and clean it with an alcohol wipe. The place the piece of velcro onto the rail. Retract the awning. It should fully retract into the case.
