Usually Thor uses red taped cables for the positive and black taped ones for the negative; then the installers cover all the ends with nice black shrink insulation. Usually there are only two ground cables: one chassis ground near the battery compartment and the other goes to the inverter. All the rest are positive and should go to circuit breakers in the battery compartment. The short cables that are completely disconnected are jumpers that go between the batteries. 12 volt batteries are wired in parallel. Neg to neg and pos to pos. 6 volt batteries are wired ins series (neg to positive for each pair) and the pairs are wired in parallel.
