Don't forget WD-40 is a Dielectric

Before changing to AGM I used regular terminal protectant available in blue or red from several manufacturers

Forms a plastic like barrier

Most new vehicles now come with AGM, at least all mine have, so it just makes sense that it should at least be an option for house batteries
