Cargo Lights and interior Lights

We have a 2011 four winds Hurricane, The 12 volt interior lights work off the house batteries and the cargo lights work off the dash and the Ignition needs to be on. This is a pain once camp is set up, has anyone switched the cargo lights to power from the house batteries? Is there a common place to cut the cargo power wire and move to the fused inverter panel?

Thanks
