ejlerette Junior Member Brand: Thor Motor Coach Model: quantum SE28 State: Florida Posts: 6 THOR #15598	I have a Thor Four Winds 2019. My fresh water tank is located under the forward seat in the dinnete. My drain valve is under the seat. I had to remove all the scres that hold the plywood down so that I could get to it.
