Keeping batteries charged should be no issue - for most part will just be maintaining 'float' charge.
Fridge should also be doable.
AC would depend on answers to my questions...

20A dedicated should be fine (managing what else is on...)
15A dedicated may depend...
Shared circuit I would say not likely.
