Yes, thankfully we hadn't signed anything before finding this out. And now that I've heard from so many of you we know we did the right thing. Someone asked who the dealer is - it is Safford RV in Virginia. The finance guy said it is standard at their dealership to charge both the PDI and the processing fee. Just to add to this, the sales person called me and said we were losing a good deal and that the dealership was losing money on this and her commission was less than $100!!!
