This is not quite the easy question you thought uit was: Thanks for bringing this topic up!
There always seems to be parasitic losses... shutting the off (or turning it to "Store"): helps; but it doesn't stop them.
The surefire way to bring your coach to a "zero power use", is to remove the batteries.
Failing that: add some battery disconnect switches to the ground cables...
Here'w what I did for my Outlaw, and my Tiffin Wayfarer.
The Outlaw did very well with a single disconnect switch, but the Tiff seemed to need the cables "cut" at both ends of the box...
