Satellite cabling

Not sure what topic to post, but this one seemed proper.

We have a 2014 Thor Outlaw 37LS. In our electronic cabinet there are cables for antenna and the outside cable connection. Within the cabinet before the distribution system there is no face plate, simply orange and tan cables entering the cabinet.

I'm wanting to get the Winegard satellite dish and know that i cannot have any splitters between the connection and the receiver, which will be placed in the same cabinet.

Does anyone know if the current cable is straight thru? all TVs we have are connected via the input selector in the cabinet. How can i test if the orange cable that goes to the outside cable tv connection will support the satellite requirement - a continuity tester does not test if it will power a satellite?

I do not want to invest in the dish and receiver and then not have it work properly (and we do not want some cable strung through the coach to account for it).
