Thor specs show the 29.3 is built on 18,000 pound GVWR F53 chassis. And Ford specs from 2014 and 2016 show the 18,000 pound F53 chassis comes with front and rear sway bars, plus a front track bar.
It's possible Thor and or Ford specs are wrong, but I'd start by questioning the dealer for more details, and try to get them to put it in writing.
