I strongly recommend (based on experience) that you scrupulously inspect your roof and all sidewall seams and penetrations every 3 or 4 months. If there is even the slightest weakness you should re seal with an appropriate sealant (not silicone). It’s unusual for me to get through an inspection without having to fix something. Water intrusion is insidious and almost always disastrous. But it’s usually not too hard to avoid if you are diligent. In some ways it’s even more important in sunny, dry climates which are hard on sealants. Mostly though I think the problems are a result of movements associated with driving. Good luck!
