One resource3 that you may try is to contact your dealer. We have RV dealers here that offer free seminars on winterizing RVs. Now, they have an ulterior motive in that they hope folks will raid the parts department for buying antifreeze and other supplies right after the seminars.
We also have a dealer that around November offers a 99.00 winterization special and they also provide the guarantee nothing freezes or they pay for the repair. I would use them but generally my coach doesn't come out of service for the year until late January.
