How about a thread for suggestions/recommendations/reviews of RV parks that are so pleasant you want to stay awhile.
We are picking up our new Hurricane 31S this week, having traded in a Winnebago View. In October-November we made a trip to Florida from home in New Jersey. In Navarre, FL, we stayed at Santa Rosa RV Resort
Santa Rosa RV Resort | Waterfront RV Resort in Navarre Florida Very nice, all concrete pads, large new dog park, new owner doing lots of work with pavers and landscaping. Nice area. Big supermarket within 1 mile. I could stay there for a month, easily.
On the way home, we stopped at Two Rivers Landing in Sevierville TN
Two Rivers Landing RV Resort Near Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg, Tennessee Very nice place; worth passing along. Concrete pads, hedges between each site, half the sites right on the riverview. We only stayed one night but if we had more time, I could stay here for a week, happily.
Would love to hear about other good experiences!
