I camp in those kind of temps every fall, and don't have any problems. If you have your rig set up the way you stated, I don't think you will have any problems either. I would suggest that you open all the cabinet doors on the lower level to allow heat and air movement. Actually when the temps get real low when we are out , we open "all" the doors inside the camper. It helps on condensation as well. Consider keeping clothes and other things from touching the outside walls also.
