It's called to small of a SCREW FOR THE CONDITIONS. Also running the screws up with an impact gun. Also using a driller screw for the material being screwed into is a big factor. Pre drilling and using sheet metal screws will eliminate this problem.
They will be replacing ALL my screws next May when going in for warranty work at DRV.
