Thor vs Forest River

I've been looking at a Forest River FR3-28 in order to get something with a sofa and a dinette. I also have spent the last 8 weeks trying to get a build sheet for my Axis but have been unable to get Thor to move, but that is another story.

Anyway, I received this from Forest River today. I thought Thor was by far the largest manufacturer. Forest River says no. Who is telling the truth?
