It is a known problem for many years that the screws either pop loose or the head pops off. My screws will be replaced and they will be painted to match. The pic Ryan posted showing round head screws along the strip I HOPE are going to be the solution. I like the look of my flat head screws but if it keeps them from popping I can deal with the round heads.
