I thought my wind noise was coming from the driver's side. The dealer put duct tape across the top of the windshield seal, the noise stopped. You might want to place duct tape on suspicious areas. Sealer doesn't really work that well due to the heat makes it soft and runny. A windshield installer might give you a fair price just to replace the seal if that is the problem.
