We had to have all our slides redone, on the living room entertainment slide and the wardrobe bedroom slide the facure on the ground was causing drag so 2 things were done, one the facure board was trimmed and then rollers were installed inside underneath to help with the keeping the slides level and help guide the slides in as the schwintek motors are at the top of the slides instead of the bottom which was causing the motors to struggle also on the outside of the coach the slide frame was pulling away from the fiberglass (no bueno) rivets reinforced all around every slide to secure. Now make sure if you do have the facure boards trimmed that they only take off half inch, ours was trimmed 1 to 1 1/2 and then we got to have wires showing and pulling out when we put the slides out.....can you say UGLY! The fix was a rubber slide to cover wires, still not that attractive but better than wires.
We are located in Southern California so if you need the repair shop that did our slides, we'd be happy to give you their contact information.
