I have a question, yes, the manual says to disconnect the negative side of the battery, BUT why? Why does it have to be disconnected. We are not using electric from the system except for the controller, and there are diodes between the tail lights and the system, I don't get it. Is it for the guy who doesn't have diodes, then it could do damage. Again, why?
