In a previous coach with similar windows, I bought a dowel rod that fit into the frame above the "lock" and stretched horizontally across to the front of the window. That way, the lock could not be pushed down nor could the window be opened without removing the rod. It at least made it a little more difficult to break in and I was able to make both "locks" work. On the Vegas/Axis, the front of the window is curved, so I am not sure that will work as well. I may have to buy the correct diameter rod and try it.
