I took my Axis there for some warranty work a few months after we purchased it (not from them though) and will never go back. Finally got all the work done but as you say, very frustrating to work with. Kept blaming Thor for all the delays in getting parts, etc. Thor told me via phone conversations the parts had been sent to them.
