I cannot install the message tools. I get to the little menu that says "click on RUN" - which is a reference to my anti-virus software asking if I want to run the program, but it doesn't appear and there is nothing to click to "RUN". Eventually, it goes back to the beginning and tells me I need the tool. What can I do to fix this?
