Hi Mike, welcome to the forum.
Do you mean inverter, or converter?
If you mean converter, that and the charger should be behind the breaker/fuse panel. When you have lights on or you're using power you should be able to hear the cooling fan run on the converter. The more power you use, the faster the fan should run.

Not sure what you are referring to on the "battery control center"
