I would check all the interior systems separately with battery power, shore power and generator. Make sure all the batteries are charging when the engine is on and when shore power/generator is on. Pull the dog house and make sure the shift cable is routed correctly. Use Ed's checklist and go over it with a fine tooth comb. It may save you heartache and money in the future.
