IMPORTANT: Price reflects the condition of the RV. Roof needs to be replaced (RV Armor estimated at 4,600$) and water damage to the front and side of the RV have been noticed and need to be repaired. The upper entertainment unit was removed (to install upper bunk) when water damage was noticed. The upper bunk area is now bare to the wood and Styrofoam and the ceiling and walls now need to be repaired. Water damage has also been noticed on the side of the RV but no removal has been done at this time.
