yikes, that looks awful low!
How much ground clearance under that pipe do you have?
I'm nervous about mine being so "exposed" behind the rear axle/tires because a blowout would likely take it out.... as might running over some major "junk" in the road....
From those pictures, yours looks a lot worse!
I'd be doing the same thing that you are thinking!
