Just a WAT here; looks as though your tanks are on passenger side and if so, may be easier to install your dump valve or valves on that side near the tank or tanks, and when dumping pull in with that side to dump drain. And when in campground for awhile, run a long hose under the chassis and to the drain. Just a thought to save some rigid piping and increase clearance if possible.
