I called Jenson and they said the antenna ground may be bad, so will have that looked at after my local dealer CW makes me park the RV in there driveway for 3 weeks before they will look at it for warranty work. Maybe someone from Thor will comment.
They told me the settings for the clock are for the brightness ( 1/10, 2/10, etc and there is an OFF option to choose which will turn the clock off when you turn off the radio.
