If it were me I'd try calling Lippert. Their tech support folks may have a couple of things to check before hauling the coach back to the dealer.

So I ended up taking it to get fixed. They called today and said some parts broke on the motor and pieces were missing. He called the extended warranty company and someone has to come out and look at it. Good thing I got the extended warranty because it sounds expensive.
