PALAZZO Wipers
Dumb problem - can't get wiper off wiper arm. Blade is split on passenger side. Spread 2 clips and can get blade assy to move out of 1st notch, but can't get it past what seems to be a second notch. Afraid to apply to much force for fear of damaging control arm. This is the large J hook.
