Just drove home my new Chateau super C. couple small issues. Question #1.
Took it to a shop. Told that Thor warranty pays shop labor rate at $142 hr, but this RV store charges $192 an hour ( for units not bought there). I
would owe the diff for a Thor warranty item. Is this normal??? or do I have the wrong RV repair dealer?
#2 - Chateau 35sk- fold out couch bed. After opening this tri-fold bed, there seems to be no configuration of cushion placement to make for a level sleeping surface. NO reasonable adult would attempt to sleep on this. Am I missing something. Anyone with same issue or fix from Thor?
