I have flat towed a jeep wrangler a bit over the last couple years with a 20 ft class c with no wag at all. I would check for proper tow bar set up or toad alighnment or proper set up of the little 2 wheel thing a ma jig if you are ramped up on one of those. The stabilizer bar will certainly help if everything else checks out ok.
