Setting the zero point is not going to solve your issue. It is commonly dragged out by THOR as an excuse for their poorly designed and engineered systems. Trying to get the buggy Lippert software to perform as designed is another challenge.
You bought a poorly designed, engineered, and built RV. Selling it on, and realizing their are no well built ones, is the key. They will never work like you want them to.
