We have a 29.3 and that slight angle probably saved us one night.
It acted as a water drain, thankfully. We left the RV and dogs for a few hours. Upon return and opening the door, water was seen rushing across the floor toward the low point under the full slide. Somehow, the shower faucet was turned on (believe shampoo bottle fell and hit handle), grey tank filled and the shower overflowed. Thankfully there was a slight angle for the water to drain out of the RV. After a few wet towels, all was well.
Now I shut off park supply if we leave for any period of time.
