2015 Thor Challenger 37TB (bunk bed model) with 5758 miles. Like brand new condition. Unit sleeps 10 with king size master bed, overhead drop down bunk, bunk beds, sofa makes into queen size bed and dinette makes into full-size bed. It has 1 ½ bathrooms, 3 burner stove with oven and micro-wave/convection oven, pull out pantry and residential refrigerator/freezer. Also, has DVD player in each bunk (2), 32” outside TV, 28” bedroom TV and 40” living room TV. There is also a full-size electric fireplace under the living room TV. Unit is as brand new and perfect in every way!

Also included and set up to be pulled by motorhome: 2006 Jeep Liberty Sport 3.7 Liter V6. This is a super clean car with 136,500 miles but well taken care of and has new air conditioning compressor in 2016. The car gets over 23 MPG, easy to pull, plus has 4 doors and extra cargo space so taking elderly parents on a vacation is no problem at all. Vehicle is rated for 5 people and only weighs 3400 lbs.
We bought this Motor Home and pull car last year (2015), motor home only on vacation in Gatlinburg, TN and one vacation in Disney World, FL. However, because of extra work load with our jobs, we no longer have time to use it. Therefore, our loss is your gain.
