It's factory installed unit and there are no visible exterior holes like shown in the video.
Under warranty so just gonna have the dealership take care of it when it goes i for weatherization first week of October.

In there you should have two L brackets that can be inserted on each side of the radio to pull it out. If you are uncomfortable, search on youtube for a video on how to remove a double DIN Axxera.
Then you can check the connections yourself.
