Sure enough two finger nuts were loose. I had taken it on a three day trip, didn't leak enough to notice. I took it out last weekend for a few days and saw water on the floor. No tools required, hand tightened the nuts, had the pump on for several hours yesterday, ran water, etc. and not a drop.
Thanks for the suggestions, I would have just replaced it!
