Well I give 5 stars to the person at the help desk @ Thor. Have replaced the 40" tv stove lid and the heater cover (factory defect) with decal. Also kudos to Atwood for the exhaust vent for the new cover. It sure beats waiting for CW to do anything and keeping your rig for weeks.
Still a couple of issues, one i can do and one for another dealer.
People are correct it really depends on who you talk to.
