Each state is different, some states do not allow double trailers of any kind! Other states have max allowable lengths, some are 95', others are shorter. And no, you can not back up a rig like this, to many pivot points. I have many years of MH experience and would not tow two trailers, don't think it is safe in any respect. Just my humble opinion.
